Here are some interesting images that I found on Japanese Twitter...

Up first, are scans of the TV listing entries for the original airings of X Bomber, back in the 1980s.
These were added by Tetsuya Kuroki (Tetsuya_Kuroki) in July 2016.
Apparently, X Bomber was shown at 6pm on Saturdays across the various stations in Japan.
On Fuji TV, it made up part of the 'Toshio Furukawa Hour' while on TV Asahi, it featured as part of the 'Watanabe Koromi Hour'.

In May 2018, fuu_cyodenji uploaded some interesting screenshots from VHS recordings of the original broadcasts, showing the Japanese subtitles.
