I recently found out that there was an alternative version of the Piccu Station mission from Descent 3 contained in a 1998 demo of the game that is substantially different to the retail version.

I did a little summary of the differences and had a little think about what the early version of the level tells us about the changes that were made to the game's story during Descent 3's 3-year development
